🎄 Letters of Warmth: A Christmas Crafting Day
Somewhere in Oslo, an elderly resident will spend Christmas Eve without a card on their windowsill. Let's change that ,one handwritten letter at a time.
Put your coziest sweater, and join fellow Rotaractors for an afternoon of writing, drawing, and decorating Christmas letters for elders who'll be spending the holidays alone in nursing homes across Oslo. No talent required, just warmth to share. Some of the best cards come from the wobbliest handwriting and the biggest hearts.
We'll have paper, pens, stickers, ribbon, stamps, and holiday music ready to go. Got glitter, xmas stickers, pressed flowers, old photos, or your grandma's secret origami skills? Bring them! The more personal each card feels, the more it'll mean to someone who opens it on a lonely December morning.
This is community, connection, and Christmas spirit, folded up and sent with love. Come and join us, you'll leave having made someone's Christmas a little brighter.
