THIS ASSOCIATION IS INACTIVE. Disc Golf is one of Norway’s fastest growing sports and has now outgrown the traditional golf sport in the number of courses in the country. Disc Golf is in many ways similar to ‘regular’ golf, where the main difference lies in throwing a frisbee in a catcher - compared to hitting a ball into holes. We would like to introduce the students at UiO to the joy of the sport. We intend to do this through arranging introductions to disc golf, mini-tournaments and putting competitions. This is a sport that can be played by absolutely everyone, it requires no prior knowledge, athletic requirements or own equipment.
