How do I create a user account in the new portal?

To access the new portal you must create a user, here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Follow this link
2. Press log in, then "No account? Create one"
3. Fill in the necessary information and create a user
4. We will add you as a contact person for the association(s) you are already registered as a contact person for in the old system. If you are not registered in the old system, we will contact you at the email you used to create the user.
Since this is a manual process, this may take a few business days.
5. You will receive an email with a link to confirm. The link is only active for 48 hours - if you need a new link, just contact us at foreninger@sio.no
Once this has been confirmed, you have been added as a contact person and can change the association profile, create events and apply for support from the Norwegian Culture Board.
Useful to know:
Information about the association that was entered in the old system has been transferred to the new portal. Member register, application history and list of contact persons will not be transferred and must be entered again.
You can add contact persons, but they must have created a user in the system before they can be added.
You will still have read access in the old system, so that you can retrieve the information that is not transferred.
You will no longer be able to update the association in the old system.
It will only be possible to apply for support from the Cultural Board in the new portal.
You can find the association's profile in the association overview here. We recommend that all associations upload the association's logo or a picture of the association on the profile so that it looks extra nice in the association overview and on the association's profile.
