About the event

♻️👕 Clothing swap market 🎶

We are repeating the success and organizing our ninth clothing swap market! This time we are expanding: DAY 1 at Sentralen, and DAY 2 at UiO in collaboration with Grønt Kontor and the HumSam library as part of Sustainability Week at UiO.

So far, more than 23.000 garments have found new owners during the events. Don’t let your wardrobe treasures dust away – give them to a fellow student and upgrade your own wardrobe at the same time ♻️👕

✨ DAY 1 - Sentralen✨
⏰ Saturday April 18, 1PM to 5PM
📍 Sentralen, Marmorsalen 1st floor (Øvre Slottsgate 3, 0157 Oslo)

🧵 DIY Re-design and creativity
• Change buttons, fix holes or do something creative with your old clothes!
• The student association Håndarbeidsstudentenek is bringing their popular concept. Bring your own knitting tools or borrow on the spot!

♻️ The Student Association Fremtiden i våre hender will be providing a stand and information about their association!

Contribute to less queues during the event by delivering garments in advance. At the collection points, you receive coupons that are used at the clothing swap event.

• Reception in P52 mon-fri 10am-2pm

👗👜 CLOTHING SWAP RULES 👗👜
1. Hand in up to 10 garments.
2. The garments must be clean and in such good condition that you would give them to a good friend.
3. You get a coupon for each garment you hand in and can pick the same number of new garments at the event.


WE ACCEPT:
✅ Clothes
✅ Larger accessories such as scarves, bags and hats

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
❌ Shoes
❌ Swimwear, underwear and socks
❌ Smaller accessories such as jewelry, sunglasses and hair clips

Clean out your closet and join the clothing swap! 💚

📸🤩This event will be photographed and filmed. The image material can be used to promote the event in our SoMe channels.
