This is an informal and inspiring meeting place for those of you who already have some experience with embroidery - whether you have embroidered on your own, taken a course or want to get started again after a break. You can meet like-minded people, get inspiration, learn new techniques and share knowledge.
You will have access to some material and selected patterns, but we encourage you to bring your own projects and equipment. Do you have old clothes you want to transform, or an embroidery you have worked on at home? Bring it! We also greatly appreciate donations of used textiles, such as cotton, linen and old embroidered tablecloths.
Justyna Skowronek from Plants on People is on hand to guide and support you through the process. The event is mainly aimed at those with some prior knowledge, but there is room for a few beginners. Please note that this is not a full course.
