HealthHACK 2026

OsloMet

Oslo, Lillestrøm

About the event

Join a two-day hackathon exploring new opportunities in health and technology and win gift cards worth up to NOK 4,000!

Build your academic confidence, meet new people, and take part in a creative competition. Join the hackathon and help find solutions to the challenges our society is facing.

The hackathon is open to all OsloMet students. You will be placed in interdisciplinary teams of 5–6 students. Over two days, you will work on real-world challenges from one of our partners. This year’s partners are Oslo Municipality, Lillestrøm Municipality, Rælingen Municipality, NODE60, and Sunnaas Hospital.

Along the way, you’ll meet researchers, industry professionals, and other students – a great opportunity to network with potential employers, supervisors, and collaborators for an interdisciplinary master’s thesis.

Have you heard that hackathons are all about coding? At HealthHACK, you don’t need any specific expertise – students work across disciplines and inspire each other.

Put your creativity to the test – register by 1 September (https://nettskjema.no/a/637001). There are only 40 spots, so it’s first come, first served!

You can win gift cards
1st place: Gift cards worth NOK 4,000 per person.
2nd place: Gift cards worth NOK 1,500 per person.
3rd place: Gift cards worth NOK 1,500 per person.
