About the event

Welcome to a guided tour of the Autumn Exhibition and a mosaic workshop with artist Madelon Verbeek!

We begin the evening with a tour of the Autumn Exhibition. The National Art Exhibition—the Autumn Exhibition—is being held for the 139th time this year, and Kunstnernes Hus is filled with hand-picked works by 83 artists.

After the tour, we are invited to a mosaic workshop with artist Madelon Verbeek, who is exhibiting in the Autumn Exhibition. Drawing inspiration from her work *The house I can afford (has no door)* (2026), we will explore mosaic as an artistic form of expression. Together, we will gain insight into the history of mosaics, learn about mosaic techniques, and create our own mosaic pieces.

No prior knowledge of mosaics is required to participate.
