Student Connect 2026

About the event

Are you curious about the opportunities waiting for you after graduation, or would you like to start connecting with companies already looking for students with your background?

On 6 October, Oslo Student Hub invites you to Student Connect 2026 at Radisson Blu Scandinavia. From 11:00 to 15:00, students and companies come together for a day focused on career opportunities, networking and new connections.

Student Connect is for students within fields such as Biotechnology and Chemistry, Construction, Data and IT, Electrical Engineering, Energy and Environment, Economics, Administration, Leadership and Mechanical Engineering.

Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to meet companies face to face, explore different industries and learn more about the opportunities available both during and after your studies. Several participating companies are looking for students and recent graduates for jobs, summer internships, graduate positions and bachelor’s or master’s thesis collaborations.

What can you expect?

• Speed interviews where you can meet companies and introduce yourself
• Networking with companies and fellow students
• Debates and stage content
• A Red Bull launch
• Tips and useful tools for your CV, job applications and future career

Confirmed companies include Sweco, Equinor, Aker Solutions, Nammo, Norconsult, Siemens Energy, Skanska, the Norwegian Armed Forces, Multiconsult and Sporveien.

You do not need to be actively looking for a job to take part. Student Connect is also an opportunity to explore different career paths, discover which companies are relevant to your studies and start building your professional network before you graduate.
