What could be better than playing Mario Kart with friends while being backed by a band performing the music live? 🌟

The Norwegian Students’ Society (Det Norske Studentersamfund) is protected by His Majesty the Golden Pig. He is also a very lively character who loves to regularly invite Oslo’s students to social gatherings in his pigsty. The Pigsty concept consists of regular, fun events held in our basement (the Pigsty) throughout the semester.

So, we're bringing back last year's success! UiO Gaming and Det Norske Studentersamfund invite you to a fun-filled evening of Live Mario Kart at Betong on November 19th. The band PowerUp will perform live music from the soundtracks of several cups in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe! 🏎️ Get ready to take on tracks such as Rainbow Road, Mario Circuit and Twisted Mansion.

PLEASE NOTE! The band will be filming their performance during the event for promotional purposes. The filming will focus on the band and the stage, but please be aware that you may appear in the footage. If you later discover that you are featured in a published video and do not wish to be, please contact the Director by email.
