Here you can find a list of what information we would like you to include so that it is as easy as possible for our developers to fix the error
- User and association - who reports the error?
- Student
- Student or association that has a user on My Page
- Student who administers an association page
- If applicable: Name of the association
- Describe the problem:
- What happened, when did it happen? Where in the portal did the error occur?
- How did the error occur
- Explain the steps that led to the error (this is necessary so that we can reproduce the error and understand the situation better)
- Device level
- Did you find the error on a PC or on a mobile phone? Which browser did you use?
- Screenshots
- Submit a screenshot of the error
