About the event
Do you want to become an ALPHA MALE? Then you should come to MANCAVE MONDAY September 14 at 4-5:30 PM in the Store Auditorium.
It is not always easy to talk about what is difficult. For many men, talking about how they really feel is a long way off. That is why we invite you to MANCAVE MONDAY, an evening for men and mental health.
We will be visited by Ole Marius Minde-Johnsen, national leader of Mental Health. He will begin with a short lecture about men's mental health, and how to talk about it.
Then there will be a conversation between Ole Marius Minde-Johnsen, medical student Leander Lavoll-Nylenna and psychiatrist Peter McGovern. They will answer questions and discuss their own experiences and thoughts.
There will be free sushi for everyone who comes. Please press SKAL so that we can calculate enough food!
Questions for the panel can be submitted anonymously here:

The event is part of PSYKT BRA UKE. Psykt bra uke is a theme week organized by MMO with the goal of putting mental health, coping and student well-being on the agenda. Through a combination of conversations, lectures, physical activity and social meeting places, we want to make it easier to talk about mental challenges and create arenas where students can meet without the requirement to perform. The program has been deliberately put together to shed light on mental health from different perspectives.
Hope to see you!
